Anda Amed resort definitely stands out with its beautiful design, its relaxing atmosphere and location right on the cliffs of Amed guaranteeing a magnificent view every morning you wake up...
Once you go up the steps and you enter the resort you will immediately feel that you are at one of the best places in Amed.
The owner Kim has been in Amed for many years and with her experience and knowledge of the area, she has thought about the important and crucial little details when creating her Anda Amed resort.

The restaurant at the entrance of the resort
The first thing you will see when you enter the resort is the restaurant and infinity pool. The tables are all set under umbrellas under which you can enjoy their small but diverse menu of International and Indonesian dishes.
Unlike many resorts, the prices at Anda Amed restaurant are similar to any other restaurant in Amed. So it's also a nice place to eat even if you are not staying here.
Along the pool you can find the many sundeck chairs all perfectly located under the shade of trees.

The infinity pool overlooking the ocean
If you aim for a tan, then there are enough sun beds along the pool as well. The infinity pool is of course built with the unique selling point in mind: the beautiful view.
You can just swim to the edge and stare at the horizon until the sun sets.
Just like the pool, the bungalow styled villas all face the ocean.

The villa with its private verandah and glass sliding doors
All bungalow villas have their own verandah with a comfortable lounge area, a modern bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, safe, fridge and a queen size bed or twin beds draped with a mosquito net.
The villas have sliding doors, so even from your bed you are able to take in the ocean view.
Believe me, you certainly don't need to worry about not being able to see the view. It's everywhere around the Anda Amed Resort...

The bungalow villas are color themed
While the facilities of the villas are the same, the difference in the villas is in the configuration of the rooms creating a suitable accommodation for couples or families.
First of all you have the one bedroom villa which only has a queen size bed and is perfect for a couple.
If you are traveling as a family then you can opt for the Family Villa which consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the second has twin beds.

All bathrooms have a bathtub and separate shower
Another option is to go for two villas that are interconnected by a door. You can either open the door to create a two room villa, or keep it close to maintain your own privacy. This villa is ideal when traveling as a family.
Anda Resort has slowly expanded over the years, but fortunately it will remain small with a maximum of 10 buildings and therefore maintaining its quiet and informal atmosphere.

The verandah of the Family villa
The villas are all surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. It doesn't only look nice but it also creates privacy when you are on the verandah lazing away...
Anda can offer spa treatments on the verandah of your private villa, arrange trips around the island or diving and snorkeling tours around East Bali.
As the Anda Amed resort is on the cliff the beach is a short walk away.

Beautiful Bali accommodations surrounded by a colorful garden

Meet the co-owners of Anda Amed: Ollie and Punky
When you see Anda Amed resort you will immediately think that it is a pretty expensive Bali boutique hotel. Well, just like us you will be surprised.
The villas are of great value especially if you compare the standards of this resort with resorts in other parts of Bali. And others think the same, because during the high season you need to book well in advance.
Pros: well maintained, views, managed with love, good restaurant, small scale accommodation
Cons: no beach
