The Bali Hyatt Resort has probably the biggest property in Sanur.
The Sanur shopping street suddenly gives way for a green patch of forest where you can find the hotel.
Compared to the Grand Hyatt Bali in Nusa Dua, the Hyatt in Sanur is more strategically located in the middle of shops and restaurants. Just minutes away from the hotel you can enjoy the numerous cafés and restaurants in Sanur.

When you enter the hotel lobby and walk to the coffee corner you can immediately see in one shot the rest of the Bali Hyatt resort.
Surrounded by flowered trees, the pool area slowly fades into the sandy beach and quiet blue sea.
The corridors to the rooms are spacious as it is open on one side. Each room also has its own private balcony. Just glancing over the balcony railing you can see the tropical garden that creates a green and colourful atmosphere.

This is also seen around the pool. Tall trees provide comfortable shade above the pools and the beach chairs area around it. There are two types of pools in the Bali Hyatt Resort to choose from.
Right in the middle of the pool area you can find the biggest pool. On one side of the pool there is a little shallow area suitable for children. Besides swimming, you can also sit by the pool bar and drink the various cocktails.

Diving, drinking or babysitting...it's all possible
When I was there I even saw people in the pool with diving gear. Many boats from Sanur beach offer rides to beautiful diving sites, so it would be a great opportunity to get your PADI at the hotel before jumping in bigger waters.
The second swimming pool is closer to the beach. Contrary to the first pool, this pool is not blue but green. With the statues and bridges around the pool the colour green makes the pool look even more serene.

Looks tempting at the Bali Hyatt Hotel doesn't it?
I thought it was a great contrast when walking from the pool strait to the beach. Except for the hotels in Nusa Dua, the Bali Hyatt Resort is one of the few hotels that has its own private beach.
When walking along Sanur’s boulevard you will bump into a sign of the Hyatt designating the borders of the Bali beach resort and there is a security guard to keep an eye on things.
The hotel beach is just the picture you would imagine of a tropical beach: a row of palm trees, on a soft-sandy beach at a clear dark blue sea. Just check out the picture and you must admit…it does look pretty beautiful.

Are you ready to grab your towel now?
The shores of Sanur’s beach are usually covered with seaweed which makes it uncomfortable to walk on. But the hotel has cleared the first few meters of the seashore so instead of seaweed between your toes you will only feel the soft sand under your feet…
Along Sanur beach there is a nice boulevard where you can walk for kilometres on end. There are many nice restaurants and cafés at the boulevard, so after a long walk it is nice to sit under the shade with a nice cup of coffee.

You can even go on a tour with these colorful
fishing boats
Besides the activities at the hotel and on the beach, there is also a 9-hole golf course located at Bali Beach hotel Sanur which is not far from the hotel.
The Bali Hyatt Resort in Sanur is a great option if you are looking for a quiet place to stay with beautiful swimming pools and a gorgeous beach.
This Bali beach resort is not far from terrific restaurants and bars so it is very easy to enjoy yourself outside the hotel premises as well.
