Indian Delites in Ubud is, as you might guess, an Indian restaurant where you should go to if you love Indian food. You can find it towards the end of Jalan Hanaman, pass the junction and before the Arma museum.
The waitress mentioned that the owner is from India. That is always good to know as this can only mean that at this place only real Indian food is served. I couldn’t wait to check what was on the menu...
It took a while for me to make my final choice. The menu lists all the Indian dishes I could imagine. I am pretty sure that if you are looking for your favourite Indian dish they have it...
When eating at an Indian restaurant I always order some garlic Naan. The naan here was really well baked and the little pieces of garlic made my taste-buds tingle.

Covered with delicious Indian dishes at
Indian Delites in Ubud…
They also provided three types of sauces on the side in which you could dip little munchy crackers. A good starter before the main course...
The delicious rice dishes are served in deep copper bowls that make you want to dig till the bottom.
From most of my experiences in Bali restaurants, the dishes do not look big. But once you start eating you get full quickly so don’t be taken back by the size of the contents.

My girlfriend and I are in for a real treat…
We had a great dinner at this restaurant even though it was a bit quiet. We highly recommend this restaurant for people who feel like eating something different for a change...
