Villa Alam Warna is located near Jalan Laksmana, making its location close to the places which make Seminyak beloved.
The
soft-sandy beach,
trendy
restaurants, fashionable shops and boutiques are just a walking distance or
a short taxi drive away from the Bali holiday villa.
Jalan Laksmana is one of the busiest street in Seminyak. However you
don't need to worry about the heavy traffic that
passes all day long, as the colourful villa complex is
located in a
side street known as Gang Pandu.

Warna means Colours of
Nature and refers to precious gem stones. The interior
of each villa is colour coordinated according to a specific
gem which are Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Citrin,
Amethyst, Turquoise, Diamond and Agate.
So just imagine one of these colours, and the villas interior is just
that...
I think it is a delightful
theme as you can actually stay in a villa that is in your
favorite colour.
Mr. Hendrawan, the service minded manager of the villa
mentioned that the Ruby is the most popular
among the honeymooners considering the romantic colour of subtle red.
The villas have a open and spacious character
The biggest difference I noticed between Villa Alam Warna and the other
villas in Seminyak is its building structure.
It is two
stories high, with the living and dining room
area on the ground floor and the bedroom with bathroom on the first
floor. It gives a totally different
dimension to the
Bali luxury private villa.

A
feature that was immediately obvious was the open
setting of the ground floor. While sitting at the dining table I
immediately felt the breeze easily entering the seating areas
making
it cool and comfortable
to sit all day long.
There is also an indoor
waterfall (and not to forget the gold fish in the pond) which
creates a refreshing and playful touch to the place.
Enough entertainment at the seating area
All
villas have their own private swimming pool, and I must say that Villa
Alam
Warna did not
spare any space for the pools as they are immense compared to the
other villas in Seminyak.
The pool size depends on the number of bedrooms. The 2 bedroom
villa has a 18m by 4m pool, while the pool in the three bedroom villa
is 2
metres longer. I was stunned...
I would have never expected a two bedroom villa to have such a huge and beautiful pool.

Villa Alam Warna has three villa
categories: 1 bedroom-, 2 bedroom and three bedroom villas. The
interior is all similar except for the colours of course.
Just like the
villa building, the designer
of this Bali luxury villa specificly chose to keep the interior furniture to a minimum
in
order to maintain a spacious look.

The only decorations that are found in the villas are a few paintings, unlike other villas which also have Balinese artifacts and statues.
Nevertheless, this makes villa Alam Warna look really
fresh,
bright and, as I mentioned before, spacious...
When staying at
this private accommodation in Bali you can expect a high
level of personal service.
The team at Villa Alam Warna is small in order to remain close contact with their guests which makes them even more motivated to ensure a great stay.

A la Carte breakfast is included and is served in the villa. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at the villa as well.
Besides the selection at the villa there
is also a book with menus of the surrounding restaurants such
as Italian, Balinese, Chinese and seafood.
If you prefer to eat out, Villa Alam Warna offers to arrange your order in
advance. So once you arrive at the restaurant of your choice you do not
need to wait at all. You can immediately enjoy the delicious
dishes.

villa
facilities that I think are worth mentioning are transfer to and from
the
international airport, wireless Internet connection
throughout the villa, fully stocked fridge with complementary drinks,
cable
television with worldwide channels, full maid service, 24h on-site
management and spa
treatments.
There is even a morning
spa and a sunset spa treatment. A great way
to start and finish your day in the enjoyable villa Alam Warna...
Besides the villas, there is also the option to stay in one of the two
apartments. The 1 bedroom apartments have the same facilities as the
villas however without a pool.
Instead it has a large terrace, with a bale (Balinese seating area) and a private jacuzzi.
