Indulge at Villa Semana Ubud Bali

Villa Semana Ubud Bali is a top-end 4-star villa complex located on the outskirts of Ubud near the traditional Balinese village of Singakerta where it looks like time stood still.

Since Villa Semana consists of only 10 traditional Balinese villas there's no reception at the entrance.

There are just the friendly smiles of two security men who will give a call to the rest of the staff to tell them you have arrived.

They will help you with your luggage and if you feel like it, they will take you on a quick tour around the villa premises.

Villa Semana Ubud Bali has four different categories of villas which are:

The Semana Suite
This Bali luxury private villa is the biggest of them all (floor area 175m2 ) with on the ground floor the open-air living room,toilet with shower, dining area and kitchen where the optional butler can prepare anything you wish for. Here you can even have a Balinese cooking class on request.

Upstairs there's the stylish honeymoon suite with the classy bathroom from where you have an amazing view on the river and tropical forest landscape.

Besides having the best view the Semana Suite also has a huge private swimming pool where you can jump in butt-naked if you like and drink champagne untill the sun goes down...

The Pool Duplex Villa (two floors)
This Villa is the second biggest of the Villa Semana Ubud Bali (floor area 105m2) and has two bedrooms so ideal for a family with older children or two couples on holiday.

The upper floor has a great view over the rice fields nearby. This villa also has a private infinity pool and is decorated in Balinese style.

The Pool Deluxe Villa
There are two kinds of these villas (95m2); the Pool Deluxe Villa A with view on the rice terraces and the Pool Deluxe Villa B with a view on the river below.

These villas are real romantic retreats with their own little private swimming pool with lounge chairs, living room and gorgeous bathrooms.

The Pool Garden Villa
This Bali luxury villa is slighly bigger (floor area 101m2) than the Pool Deluxe Villas and like the name says has a view on the tropical garden.

This villa also has its own private swimming pool and just like the rest modern amenities such as remote controlled airconditioning, mini-bar, cd-players etc. One nice feature is the outdoor shower...

Besides these beautiful villas, Villa Semana Ubud Bali has the availability of an award-winning spa where even guests from hotels in Jimbaran and Nusa Dua go to for several Balinese massages that will make you come back for more...

The Villa Semana Spa is located on the left side of the huge communal swimming pool and adjacent restaurant. The spot is breath-taking...a small waterfall, various tropical flowers and plants and a view to die for.

The Pondok restaurant serves Indonesian/Thai specialties and uses only organic produce from their own garden, which is located between the villas.

Besides that you can enjoy a plunge in the communal pool and the restaurant also serves complimentary afternoon tea with a selection of cakes from 4pm to 5pm. The restaurant is open from 7am to 11pm.

Head to the public pool (don't forget teatime at 4pm!)

 

By the way...don't worry if you've missed teatime because there is 24-hour room service available and if you go on an excursion they will even arrange a picnic basket for you...
