Dig your toes in the sand at the Bonsai Cafe

Bonsai Cafe is one of the many Sanur restaurants located at the walk path along beach with tables located right under the swaying palm trees.

So besides looking at the beach and the sea, you can even feel the sand between you toes while munching on your lunch or dinner.

If you are already pretty toasted from the sun and you want to avoid the beach, no worries...the restaurants also has tables inside right next to the bar.

How about lunch on the beach?

This pretty basic looking restaurant provides reasonable priced and delicious food at a top location; something that we hardly found in a place like Sanur.

The Cafe is named after the dozens of bonsai trees behind the restaurant. Here you can also find one of the few public foot paths leading from Jalan Danau Tamblingan to the beach.

You can find this path right next to Piccadilly Restaurant and along the Avis rental car office.

This is also a famous spot for the massage-ladies who offer massages on Sanur beach. They will await your arrival in anticipation...you can’t miss them.

The menu offers a wide range of sandwiches served with chunky French fries, salads, Indonesian food and Western dishes. There is even grilled fish which is just a perfect dish considering the beautiful location right on the beach.

The restaurant also has a bar where you can order a large range of drinks while watching the crowd walk by.
